These results also gave the title of 2017 First Level Athlete of the Year to her rider/trainer, and the First Level Made in Canada award for the breeder, Centaur Breeding Farm.
2018 - competing successfully at Second level, and was invited to train with Christilot Boylen. Was awarded by Equestrian Canada National Championship at Second level
She is a most elegant mover. What a dynamite horse in the dressage ring. (she also lovely over fences)
She has the pedigree to back up her looks. Her sire is the black Hanoverian DON RICO, and her dam comes from a strong Hanoverian and Trakehner line with Werther and Inselkoenig. Don Rico's sire is the 2012 Hanoverian Stallion of the Year. Also found in her pedigree are the Trakhener stallions Hohenstein and Caprimond.
Mandy 's attitude and willingness totally match up to her looks. (On our website, see her video of being ridden first time ever outside, with big transport trucks whizzing by on the road right beside the ring.... only after a handful of times under saddle.) She has been straightforward to train thus far.
Great attitude at shows, easy-going, travels well.
To watch her go, she looks "firey", but an easy and straight-forward ride. Yup - we were right - she's the one to look out for.
